Before finding Newton Chevrolet, I had spent several months searching all over the United States to find a new 2021 or 2022 Suburban with a diesel engine and all of the specs that I was looking for, However, due to global microchip shortages, finding one that had actually been manufactured and also not already pre-sold before being delivered to the dealer was proving to be an impossible task. Every dealer that I had contacted had already pre-sold their undelivered Suburbans that were still in transit. I tried to have my local Chevrolet dealership submit the order for the exact Suburban that I was looking for, but supply chain issues were preventing them from being able to submit my order. Newton Chevrolet was the only dealer that I was able to find that actually waits to sell the vehicle until the vehicle has arrived on the lot, unless it is a special order for a customer. They also had the exact 2022 Suburban that I was looking for on the way. I have to brag on my sales agent, Alex Morales, for working extremely hard to keep tabs on the delivery of the vehicle and communicating with me as soon as the vehicle arrived on the lot. He took care of all of the required paperwork immediately to get the purchase process started. I immediately booked the next flight to Nashville. The next morning, Alex personally drove a total round trip of close to two hours to pick me up at my hotel and bring me back to the dealership. The entire purchase process was very simple and painless. Alex had me back on the road in my brand new 2022 Suburban, with all the specs that I was looking for, in record time. I want to personally thank Alex for providing excellent customer service to the customer, even taking my calls on his day off at one point. I highly recommend both Alex Morales and Newton Chevrolet. Their customer service is among the best that I have ever experienced.

Cannot believe how great the service was. I had a chance to speak to corporate Chevrolet to get a new Chevy spark but they could not get anything available in the nearest 300 miles. My wife did some searching on Car Guru and found them. They had 1 of 2 left. After calling them, another dealer reached out to me about a used car I was interested in but after talking with Sam I started to get a huge reassurance that a new car was the way to go. Cars now are more expensive used than new… literally. Sam gave me his personal number and said that if I had any questions I could reach out. I basically had just the night to make a decision because I knew the car would sell and decided that new was the way to go. After coming to this conclusion however I realized that I would not be able to drive out to buy the car and was not able to (per company policy) put a deposit on a new vehicle so I would basically lose the opportunity. Sam was literally willing to drive it 1h and 10m to coordinate the sale. Fast forward 6 hours they showed up on time and I made a purchase on a vehicle that I hadn’t driven before I knew I would be in good hands with the vehicle given the positive track record of this dealer. Had some excellent, deep conversation about life and shared with them why I started www.yoyomotivation.com. I am honored to get on this Chevy dealership’s success train. Great I drove up Thursday 5/12/2022 with cash in hand. Pulled into the dealership and was greeted at my car by a gentlemen. I told him the vehicle I wanted to see. He told me that it had sold the week before BUT THAT HE WOULD BE HAPPY TO SHOW ME SOMETHING ELSE!!! CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH! I said I called 5/11/2022 and was told it was still available and it was still listed on several internet car sites such as cargurus, autotrader, etc including their own website!!! The guy told me that it takes a while for the sites to be updated. The Carfax reports even shows that the vehicle was purchased by the third owner on 5/6/2022. I have saved all the information that is still posted at 8:46pm 5/14/2022. I never stepped out of my car; just turned around and drove back home. Well I found another vehicle today and paid cash. When I returned home a couple of hours later, the car that I bought TODAY was no longer posted on the various websites; did not take over a week to update like the case with Newton Chevrolet Buick GMC (it is still there; I will watch to see how much longer they will keep it online) On Cargurus for the vehicle I bought today I received a message "Looks like that one got away—Here are some similar options:". Just looked again and Newton Chevrolet Buick GMC still has the "2015 Buick Enclave Leather FWD Shelbyville, TN" STILL LISTED!!! Not only did I not get the "available" vehicle. Newton Chevrolet Buick GMC wasted my TIME and money and gas is certainly not cheap currently. I have documented this whole mess in great detail. Will use these artifacts to file a complaint on BBB, Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC. Maybe even their local Chamber of Commerce.

However, after visiting with Lee Sanders for a while, I knew that’s the guy I’m going to buy my car from as soon as he finds me a car. Sure enough the next week he called me with the exact car and color that I have been wanting but was afraid I wouldn’t find it. My son and I went to see it that afternoon and it was my “Dream Car” and it is beautiful. Lee explained every single thing you could possibly want to know about the car and I bought it right then.
